Ashley Price and Lidia Bastianich Bottle12 Catering Executive Chef Ashley Price began her career as a Chef Apprentice at Lidia’s Kansas City. She earned a Culinary Degree at Johnson County Community College. After a promotion to Sous Chef, Ashley moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to help run Lidia’s Pittsburgh. During the four years at Lidia’s, she had the privilege of cooking with both Mario Batali and Lidia Bastianich. Ashley Price and Mario Batali

Her next stop was Room 39 Restaurant in Midtown. Quickly realizing that Italian food was indeed her passion, she took a job as Pastry Chef of Il Trullo Restaurant (formerly of Overland Park, KS). After Il Trullo closed in October of 2008, Ashley joined the Bottle 12 team. She is now responsible for creating Soups & Paninis at Bottle 12 Wine Bar and caters in-home or "The David House" events. She has also since earned a degree in Food & Beverage Management from Johnson County Community College.
